CPCA UPDATE: National Call-in Day September 20

September 10, 2010

Political Action

People like you and me from around the country want to see the CPCA (the Child Protection Compact Act) passed before Congress adjourns.  This is important legislation that will help protect children in targeted countries from exploitation.

“If Congress does not make the CPCA a priority and pass it into law before adjourning in October for mid-term elections, the bill will die,” says IJM’s Justice Campaigns.  Hence, the move to make September 20th the National Call-In Day for the CPCA.

We want everybody we know to help urge our senators to act on the CPCA.  Take a few moments on September 20th to re:ACT by calling your senator and telling them to make the CPCA a priority.
