Industry Prize for SOLD Videographer’s Work
Recently, Jedd Goble was awarded the Volunteer Service Award at the 2011 kick-of event for the Bay Area Professional Videographer’ Association. Jedd, friend of SOLD and brother of our Executive Director, was awarded for his excellent work in the field for our recent video, “Education Changed Her Life.” Jedd spent almost two months living in Chiang Rai, Thailand gathering footage for the above film, for our partners, and for future SOLD films. He generously gave of his time and talent to contribute to SOLD’s story. If you haven’t seen it yet (or even if you have!), watch it below for an update on our prevention work in Chiang Rai and on Cat, our first scholarship student.
Jedd writes, “I’m honored by the award I’ve received, but my work is a small piece of the puzzle in a much larger cause.” Click here to read his blog and the very kind words he has to say about The SOLD Project and the people involved. We’re honored to be friends and colleagues with such a talented and generous videographer like Jedd.
